ONLINELIGA.de creates a parallel world to real football, where everyone

football fans can put their knowledge and skills to the test and show their emotions

can live out their emotions. The fact that sometimes the rags fly and rivalry arises, is

preprogrammed, even desired. But, so that a certain boundary doesn't

übritten, there are clear rules, which I would like to recommend to everyone. Read them

through them and keep them in mind. ONLINELIGA.de is supposed to be fun for everyone and not to exclude anyone.

1. Handling

1.1 Insults, bullying, üblemishing, discrimination, defamation, innuendo and personal attacks will not be tolerated. Not even in private messenger messages.

1.2 ONLINELIGA.de is about football, not about religion or politics. Meet each other here with special respect and tolerance.

1.3. with special consideration and for the protection of younger users, sexual innuendos and abuses are to be refrained from.

1.4. personal data may only be disclosed with the written and explicit consent of the data subject.

2. Communication

2.1 In order to prevent the circumvention of rules and not to exclude anyone, the German language is to be used uniformly in comments, posts and in the forum

2.2 The use of vulgar, hateful, insulting or aggressive language, profanity and threats, racist remarks and strong language is prohibited.

Messenger messages may only be published if both the sender and the recipient agree to it.

3 User/club names

3.1 User and club names may be freely chosen, but must not contain the following:

• Invectives, expletives, insults, threats, discriminations, accusations

• Allusions to crimes, seditious or forbidden

• Political innuendo

• Trademark infringement and real club names

4. Laws advertising

4.1 Violations of German law will not be tolerated even on ONLINELIGA.de. This applies in particular to:

• advertising, depicting, glorifying or trivializing unlawful acts.

• the violation of licenses, trademark rights and copyright (especially in the case of coats of arms, images and names).

4.2 For violations of applicable law, each user is responsible.

5. fairness

5.1 In order to give all users the same chances, the following is forbidden on ONLINELIGA.de:

• Bugusing, cheats, mods, exploits and other things that are not part of the normal gameplay as well as their distribution.

• The use of mechanisms, software or scripts in connection with ONLINELIGA.de.

• The possession of several accounts at the same time (multi-accounts). In the context of holiday replacements it is allowed for a period of up to 4 weeks to manage the team of another team manager in addition to his own team. However, a written notification must be sent to support@onlineliga.de in advance, including the reason and the period of time.

• The influencing of the normal course of the game from outside (hacks).

In addition to the above rules, our penalty catalog applies, which aims to present individual penalties in a more transparent manner:

Monetary gifts:

The deliberate offering of market-unusual transfer fees can be considered as a monetary gift. After examination, the respective clubs may receive a warning, a fine, or a suspension if necessary. Well-intentioned bids to "rescue" another manager are also not permitted and will be penalized.

Inappropriate player/team name/badge:

Renaming of the club/player name.

Repeated inappropriate player/team name/badge:

Ban.

Extremely inappropriate player/team name/badge:

Ban.

The penalty catalog is constantly updated and expanded.
Changes to the above penalty catalog by the OFA are possible at any time.
The OFA reserves the right to deviate from the penalties stated in the penalty catalog on a case-by-case basis and make a different decision that is deemed reasonable in the context of each incident.

5.2 Bugs are to be reported on the forums.

6. spam and co.

6.1 Spam (for example, the repeated sending of the same message or „letter salad“), continuous capitalization or Ähnlich is not allowed on ONLINELIGA.de.

6.2 No measures may be taken which result in an excessive load on the infrastructure of ONLINELIGA.de

6.3. ONLINELIGA.de may not be used for the transmission of viruses or Trojan horses.

6.4 Only authorized sponsors are permitted to advertise other websites, products, services, discount promotions, or the like.

6.4.1 Links to own, private social media channels are allowed to any user.

7. Sanctions

7.1. decisions on sanctions will be made by the Online Football Association.

7.1.1 Anyone who notices a breach of the rules should report it.

7.1.2 The Online Football Association operates a zero tolerance policy and does not undertake to be accountable.

7.2 Sanctions are based on the severity of the rule violation and can range from a notice or warning to account suspension or deletion.

7.3 The Online Football Association reserves the right to suspend users from the game indefinitely.

7.4 Special Sanctions:

7.4.1 Posts and comments that violate one or more of the above rules will be deleted at our discretion.

7.4.2. so-called „zombie teams“ (teams with less than 14 players including at least one goalkeeper) will be deleted at the end of the season after several warnings via messenger and email.

7.4.3 Multi-accounts will be deleted without warning. This action may affect the main account as well as any additional accounts.

7.5. if a user feels that he/she has been unjustly excluded from the game, he/she can contact kontakt@onlineliga.de by e-mail.

8. miscellaneous

8.1 Each user is responsible for the activities on his account. Even if he has given his access data to others.

8.2. circumvention of the rules by special or deliberate (mis)interpretations will not be tolerated on ONLINELIGA.de.

8.3 Neither accounts nor players may be sold for real money, items of monetary value or services.

These rules may be modified at any time. Changes are valid as of their public announcement. Ignorance does not protect from sanctions.
